Delivery Policy

Delivery Service
Delivery service is available for orders shipped to Hong Kong, Macau and China. Once we confirm receipt of your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours on the next business day, and you will receive an email confirmation after dispatch.

Most major areas in Hong Kong > 1-5 working days
Macau > 3-7 working days
China > 7-14 working days

Free delivery for purchases over HKD300 or more
Purchase less than HKD300 (+ HKD50 delivery fee)

Macau / Major cities in China
Free delivery for purchases over HKD1000 or more
Purchase less than HKD1000 (+ HKD $150 delivery fee)
*Inner Mongolia / Qinghai / Tibet / Xinjiang (additional delivery fee required)

Courier Service
Courier service takes about 1-5 working days to most major areas in Hong Kong.
All delivery services require signature confirmation of receipt of goods. A mobile phone number is required so that the courier can confirm with the recipient before delivery service.
It is recommended that you provide your work address as the delivery address for easier delivery and to avoid extra charges due to re-delivery or changing the delivery address.
Delivery service is not currently available to Hong Kong outlying islands and airports, including Chek Lap Kok, Ngong Ping 360, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Tai O, Ping Chau, Lamma Island, etc.
