A.B.Cleanik Warranty Terms
1. American Bedding Cleanik guarantees that ACb ® dust mite-proof bedding is free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided that the original purchaser uses it correctly and maintains it properly: 2.5 Complete warranty for 3 years; Organic Premium warranty for 1 year.
2. The above warranty does not include the following situations: improper use of the product, use for other purposes, repairs not made by persons designated by American Bedding Cleanik, alterations not made in accordance with the instructions, accidents, normal wear and tear, shrinkage or deformation caused by high-temperature dry or wet washing, negligent use, improper handling (including but not limited to mold), man-made damage (including but not limited to man-made damage, pinning or needlework processing, etc.), all losses that do not affect the dust mite-proof function (including but not limited to soiling, discoloration caused by washing during the washing process, or staining caused by washing with other clothes) and other improper use situations.
3. Product size changes are limited to anti-dust mite bedding series, and must be brought back to the designated service center of American Bedding Cleanik together with the relevant receipt for processing. However, please note that unopened packaging must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The company will not accept any overdue changes. Each product can only be changed once. There is no refund service for all shipped products. American Bedding Cleanik reserves the final right to decide on all product replacement terms.
4. All warranty bedding products will be repaired first if they are damaged after 30 days from the date of purchase. Only products that cannot be repaired will be replaced.
5. All anti-allergic and antibacterial cleaning household products (including any sprays) are not warrantied and are not replaced.
6. The general effectiveness of this product in reducing allergens has been verified, but the effect of individual use may vary due to various environmental factors. These factors include but are not limited to personal sensitivity, other allergens, other allergens, and other anti-allergic measures taken by allergy sufferers.
7. American Bedding Cleanik makes no warranty as to the merchantability and fitness for purpose of purchasing the above products.
8. The warranty hereof applies only to the original purchaser and does not apply to transfer or assignment to another person.
9. American Bedding Cleanik may, at its absolute discretion, assume limited liability for the repair or replacement of the above products under warranty. Any bedding product that is opened within thirty days of purchase will only be repaired free of charge during the warranty period. After the warranty period, shipping or repair costs may be charged as required. American Bedding Cleanik will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by breach of any express or indirect warranty or failure of this product, including but not limited to any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. This product warranty replaces all other express or indirect warranty terms, including those regarding merchantability and fitness for purpose.
11. This warranty service is only applicable to Hong Kong and Macau, and the warranty period starts from the date of invoice or delivery note. All warranty services must be performed at designated service centers to arrange replacement or repair of the relevant products.
12. If there is any conflict or discrepancy between these terms and conditions, the latest version online shall prevail.
13. American Bedding Cleanik reserves the right to make the final decision on all uses of this warranty and the right to amend the terms of this warranty.
